Atieh Roshan Consulting (ARC) was established in 2002 and is the first Human Resource (HR) consulting firm in Iran to respond to a broad range of HR needs covering HR consulting, remuneration, performance management, assessment, training and development needs of both multinationals and Iranian companies present in and about to enter the Iranian market. The mission statement in ARC is to integrate global and local knowledge into providing creative HR solutions to enhance organizational and individual performance. We believe global knowledge is essential in the Iranian market and industries. However, global knowledge cannot be used in isolation. Local knowledge must also be well understood, as only the merging of both knowledge bases will provide creative and appropriate human resources solutions that are needed to enhance performance both on the organizational and individual level.
