Learning and
Development Strategy Design
Following an Assessment/
Development center, or based on discussions with clients, ARC
designs a learning and development strategy for organizations; large
and small. We work with clients to identify their training needs and
appropriate "stages" or levels of development. This examines the
overall training needs in companies, design of detailed training
plans, design of solutions and modules, train the trainer for
delivery of training following a learning style measure and an
evaluation of training.
