as discussed below:
Competency based interviews
Atieh Roshan has invested in identifying competencies specifically for the Iranian workforce. This "Competency Library" covers levels of staff from administrative to senior management. Sometimes a company gives us their competencies to analyse
and sometimes we use our own framework. Whatever the approach, we
believe that competencies offer significant benefits in objective
interviews and assessment tools and have found it very useful in
evaluation of staff in Iran.
Psychometrics, Aptitude and Skills Tests
Care is taken to introduce the right person to your organization. To achieve this we conduct a number of psychometric tests on candidates. These tests examine critical reasoning, personality and work behavior patterns. In addition, due to the demand for language skills and fluency, a verbal and written language test is also conducted on candidates. Our tests are both internationally recognized and some also have Iranian norms.
Following all the stages, clients are provided
with a final shortlist and written assessment report on the skills,
competencies and potential of each candidate.
