Intercultural Awareness, Communication and Management

One of Atieh Roshan's main expert training areas is in Intercultural Awareness and Communication,both for multinational companies with expatriate staff (expatriate orientation) and where local and international staff work together (Intercultural teambuilding ).

The Intercultural Awareness and Communication workshops allow companies to better understand communication modes, increases awareness of the similarities and differences in cultures and allows teams and individuals to work more effectively and efficiently together.

There are different types of workshops which can be designed and delivered based on client's needs. These respond to introductory sessions on understanding the Iranian Culture and Society, then build up to show how to work effectively with Iranians and expatriate staff. The more advanced workshops deal with intercultural teambuilding and how to build cross cultural competencies to work and communicate effectively in the Iranian and foreign culture.
