Delivery of Training

Finally ARC can also where required deliver specific training programs for clients. Our training programs are mainly client based and in-house. Training material can be local, internationally recognised or based on a multinational clients' own material. The end result is important to us at Atieh Roshan. The method we use to reach that requirement is done through various means:

    • Local programs are designed, and delivered based on needs
    • International programs where Atieh Roshan invites international speakers and trainers for specific modules and courses
    • MNC standard programs which are localized and developed with local trainers to ensure the right standard and focus is being achieved

Training does not end with a training program, Atieh Roshan provides an evaluation and feedback to the client on the training and if agreed, a review of the training is done after a period of time.

• Design and delivery of Assessment and Development Centers (AC/DC)

Atieh Roshan is the first company in Iran to start designing and delivering AC/DCs. To date, we have assessed over 700 managers and professionals from the public and private sector. Our AC/DCs can be delivered in Farsi or English.

We provide a complete range of Assessment Center design and delivery services, from competency design through to assessor training, exercise design and the identification of development needs, both for the individual and for the organization as a whole.

Even if an organization has no prior experience of this most effective assessment method we can design and manage the whole process from scratch using either our own established procedures and assessment tools, or designing entirely new and highly organizationally relevant systems and exercises.

Mini Assessments are also designed and conducted for organizations who wish to assess a number of key individuals within their companies.
